Head In The Clouds

Recent articles in the UK's Daily Mail and its counterpart in NYC, the Daily News are transforming a small but growing photography trend called Rooftopping into a full-blown phenomenon.

As you might have guessed, rooftopping is the act of scaling tall buildings in order to photograph the surrounding cityscape from a unique and vertiginous vantage point. Hundreds of folks around the globe are sharing images of their own adventures, but the scene's most prominent figure is 27-year-old Torontan Tom Ryaboi, who claims to have "been on more roofs than Santa Claus" since getting into rooftopping back in 2007. We're blown away by his work and you will be too.
