There is some debate when the last snowflakes touched down in Los Angeles. It depends on if we're talking about Los Angeles county or within the city limits of Los Angeles proper. Whatever the case, winter in L.A. is a completely different animal than it is in several other places around the world. Some say it is has only been since 2008 but in the actual City of Angels it has been since 1989. It must be rough.
