Growing up in London, Matt Mason began DJing as a teen on the pirate radio stations ICE FM and MAC FM. Inspired by the flexibility and longevity of pirate radio culture, in 2008 he wrote the bestselling book The Pirate’s Dilemma, exploring the paradox of media piracy. He took time out from a busy schedule as a lecturer (and from writing his second book) to serve as our guide to the UK’s Pirate Frequencies.

Born in the rural fenland of east of England and raised close to Boston, Tom Littlewood gained a place to study French and German at Cambridge University. During his 4 years of studies he spent a great deal of time in Berlin and began working for the newly launched Vice Germany. Initially he began writing music reviews before becoming their first full-time editoral staff writer. Upon graduating he returned to Germany. A year later he was made chief editor in Berlin at the age of 23. He now heads the German branches of Vice Magazine and VBS.tv, as well as contributing to several other international publications.

Nate Harrington is a DJ, photographer and creator of the zine Constantly Pregnant. He grew up in Southern California and has lived in LA for 6 years now. He works at the selectively curated Family Bookstore on Fairfax Ave and is a frequent contributor to ANP Quarterly.

Veronica Velasquez was born in Colombia, and grew up in New York City and Bogota. In addition to directing, producing, and editing her own projects, she's the creative director of all the graphics you see at Madison Square Garden.

Daniel Jackson is a New York City artist and designer. One of the founders of seminal Paris fashion label Surface2Air, he’s also the owner and Creative Director of BBlessing, a downtown high-end men’s boutique. He’s currently collaborating with Palladium on their new line of Fall 2009 Collection.

Brooklyn-based actor/model/designer Shawn Joswick is a man-about-town in New York's coolest spots. He's appeared in recent campaigns for Donna Karan, and Hennessy among many others. A denim obsessive and co-founder of NYC/Tokyo cult streetwear label Raised by Robots, he's now struck out under his own name creating custom luxury denim pieces, to be available this summer at Barney's New York's designer men's floor.
